3 Perusahaan Cabang CreBeau MENUNTUT Hero,Xiah, Micky!!!

3 anak perusahaan CreBeau menuntut Hero Jae Jeong, Xiah Jun Su, dan Micky Yoo Chun karena dianggap merugikan perusahaan sebesar 1 juta RMB (sekitar 1,5 milyar rupiah). Mereka mengatakan bahwa ketiga personel TVXQ tersebut sudah memungkiri tugas mereka sebagai anggota dewan CreBeau, menurut seorang perwakilan dari ketiga anak perusahaan CreBeau yang menuntut ketiga anggota TVXQ seharusnya mereka (Hero, Xiah, dan Micky) datang dalam acara promo produk di Shanghai Juli lalu, tetapi mereka tidak datang dan membuat perusahaan rugi besar, banyak dari fans yang datang merasa kecewa dan mengembalikan produk. Mereka juga mengatakan bahwa Xiah dan Micky sudah meminta maaf pada mereka, dan mereka juga sudah mengirimkan surat pemberitahuan pada CreBeau pusat pada tanggal 22 Oktober, tetapi pihak CreBeau pusat tidak menanggapi dan malah menutup kantor mereka yang ada di Beijing, hal inilah yang memaksa mereka menuntut ketiga anggota TVXQ yang sedang berseteru dengan SM tersebut.

Namun seorang perwakilan dari pihak CreBeau pusat yang berada di Seoul, Korea mengatakan bahwa ketiga anak perusahaan mereka yang menuntut Hero, Xiah, dan Micky sudah tidak ada hubungan bisnis dengan mereka. Menurut perwakilan dari CreBeau pusat tersebut, ketiga anak perusahaan mereka yang menuntut Hero,Xiah, dan Micky menggugat karena pihak CreBeau pusat telah memutuskan hubungan bisnis dengan mereka karena berbagai alasan. Sedangkan untuk masalah isu penutupan kantor CreBeau di Beijing, mereka mengklarifikasi hal ini bahwa CreBeau pusat hanya memindahkan kantor tersebut ke distrik lain di Beijing. Mereka juga mengatakan bahwa distributor CreBeau lain yang berada di China tetap menjaga hubungan baik dan tidak memberontak/ mencari-cari masalah seperti ketiga anak perusahaan yang telah menuntut Hero, Xiah, dan Micky.

Setelah masalah ini mulai merebak dikalangan masyarakat, mulai timbul asumsi bahwa sebenarnya ketiga anak perusahaan CreBeau tersebut hanya berusaha mengeruk keuntungan dari ketiga anggota TVXQ tersebut dan memanfaatkan kasus antara SM Ent. dengan mereka untuk mendapat keuntungan.
